Creating your inner sanctuary

...a guided Safe Place visualisation

In this sixth video of the Attention series, we explore the Safe Place visualisation technique.

Through guided imagery, you'll create a vivid, multi-sensory experience of safety, engaging all your senses to imagine a place where you feel secure and at ease. This practice is powerful because the brain responds to visualisation just as it would to a real-world experience, helping to anchor you in a profound sense of calm and comfort.

It's essential to cultivate this internal sense of safety and practice it consistently until it becomes a dependable pathway to feeling secure, regardless of external stressors. The reward is well worth the effort and dedication.
